Portland Alumnae Panhellenic Undergraduate Collegian Scholarship

Portland Alumnae Panhellenic is pleased to offer undergraduate scholarships for the 2010-20101 academic year.  

This year, Portland Alumnae Panhellenic plans to award two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1000 each.  Award amounts may vary according to availability of funds.

Scholarship applications are available to members of sororities who are members of Portland Panhellenic Alumnae ( Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Gamma, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Kappa Alpha Theta, Pi Beta Phi, Sigma Kappa, and Zeta Tau Alpha) and  attend the following schools:

  • Linfield College
  • Portland State University  
  • Willamette University
  • Oregon State University
  • University of Oregon
The purpose of the Portland Alumnae Panhellenic Undergraduate Scholarships is to assist collegians who are in need of financial assistance to complete their education. Awards are granted on the basis of financial need, scholarship, active participation in sorority life, campus activities, and community service.
Portland Alumnae Panhellenic Alumnae Scholarship
Portland Alumnae Panhellenic is offering a scholarship for the 2010-2011academic year.

The scholarship may be used at an accredited college or university, in a career-oriented training program, or at a vocational school. Awards are granted on the basis of financial need, leadership, and service in an alumnae and/or community group.

The purpose of this scholarship is to assist a sorority alumna member who needs financial assistance to complete her undergraduate degree, to earn advanced degree, or to earn credits to aid in a career change.

The applicant must be a permanent resident of the Portland metropolitan area (Clackamas, Clark, Multnomah, or Washington Counties), who is returning for further education beyond her sophomore year. She must be an initiated, dues-paying member of a National Panhellenic Conference sorority and must have been active in an alumnae group. There is no limit to the number of applicants from each sorority.
